1. Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using PYECSO Learn, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Public sign-up creates a student or teacher account. Manager accounts are provisioned by an existing PYECSO manager. You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) upload unlawful, harmful, hateful or infringing content, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, (c) disrupt live classes or harass other learners, (d) misuse certificates or forge credentials, or (e) scrape or resell course content without written permission.
4. Content and ownership
Course materials are owned by PYECSO or the respective teacher/author and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use during and after your enrollment. You retain ownership of assignments and submissions you upload, and you grant PYECSO a limited license to store, display and grade them.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued after you meet the course completion criteria, including the 60% passing threshold on required assessments. Each certificate has a unique verification ID and QR code. PYECSO may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or misconduct.
6. Payments and refunds
Most PYECSO Learn courses are free. Paid courses display the price and refund policy on the course details page before you enroll.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep PYECSO Learn available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
9. Disclaimers
PYECSO Learn is provided 'as is'. PYECSO does not warrant that courses will lead to specific outcomes such as employment, income or academic recognition outside of what a course explicitly promises.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYECSO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Kabul.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
